Editorial

I am pleased to introduce Nano Research and Applications, a rapid peer reviewed Journal which have being substantially functioning and publishing excellent quality research on key concepts of Nanotechnology, Nanoscience, impact on social life and many more related studies. I am pleased to announce that, all issues of volume 5 were published online well within the time and the print issues were also brought out and dispatched within 30 days of publishing the issue online during the year of 2019. The Journal aims to flourish and to maintain the standards in research and practice, providing an open access platform and opportunity to present evidence-based research studies by Researchers/ Doctors/Medical Professionals/ Institutions.

Nano Research and Applications during this year also brought out 18^th Edition of International Conference on Emerging Trends in Materials Science and Nanotechnology, EuroSciCon Conference on Advanced Nanotechnology and 8^th International Conference on Smart Materials and Structures, which consisted of ~ 50 abstracts. All published articles of this journal are included in the indexing and abstracting coverage of Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Directory of Research Journal Indexing (DRJI), WorldCat, Secret Search Engine Labs. The journal also has increased Readership Metrics.

During the calendar year 2019, journal received a good number of papers from authors all around the world. During 2019, in the 3 issues of Volume 5 were published intime. I take this opportunity to acknowledge the contribution of Editor: Said Salah Eldin Hamed Elnashaie (Malaysia), Executive Editor Farhat Afrin, and Editors: Rajesh R Wakaskar, Farid Menaa during the final editing of articles published and the support rendered by our many editorial assistants in bringing out issues of IPNRA in time. I would also like to express my gratitude to all the authors, reviewers, the publisher, the advisory and the editorial board of IPNRA, the office bearers for their support in bringing out yet another volume of IPNRA and look forward to their unrelenting support to bring out the Volume 6 of IPNRA in scheduled time.
